As women, moms, caregivers, healers, and humans navigating the beautiful chaos of life, we can spend so much time giving to everyone else that we forget to check in with ourselves. We keep pouring, showing up, holding space, and doing all the things… until we realize our own cup is running on empty. It’s time to change that. 🫶✨ Join me for an intimate, in-person Fill Your Cup Soul Circle — a space to reconnect with yourself, explore what truly nourishes your soul, and gently release what’s been draining your energy. What we’ll explore together: ✨ Boundaries in all areas of life ✨ What genuinely fills your cup versus what drains it ✨ Releasing what is no longer serving you ✨ Self-worth, self-value, and the ways they influence our lives ✨ Intuitive play, personal reflection, and so much more! What can you look forward to? 🃏 Card pulls and intuitive exploration 💗 A supportive space for reflection, connection, and healing 🍵 Delicious, intentional, high-vibrational beverages 🌸 A literal AND energetic cup-filling experience ✨ A little ritual to take home with you! Bring your favourite decorative bowl or cup, a pen, a notebook, a cozy blanket or pillow to sit on, and an open heart and mind. Circle will be held 5 km South of Prince Albert towards St Louis. Further directions will be sent out prior to the event!
